Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
PenduCoder offers digital products in the form of online courses. Upon completing a purchase, you are granted immediate and full access to all course content including videos, materials, and resources. Due to the nature of digital goods:
Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:
- You purchased a course but decided not to watch or complete it
- You feel the course did not meet your personal expectations after purchase
- You made an accidental purchase — please verify all details before checking out
- You were too busy to use the course after purchasing
- You found a similar course at a lower price elsewhere
- You already have prior knowledge of the subject matter covered
- You disagree with the teaching style or pace of the instructor
Technical Issues
If you are unable to access your purchased course due to a verified technical fault on our end (such as a broken video or inaccessible content), we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact our support team with details of the problem and we will investigate and fix it as quickly as possible. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds but will be resolved.
Our Recommendation Before You Buy
We strongly encourage all potential students to do the following before making a purchase:
- Watch all available free preview videos for the course
- Read the full course curriculum and learning outcomes carefully
- Check student reviews and ratings if available

Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without a valid reason, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the associated account and revoke all course access. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will respond to payment processor investigations accordingly.
